Alter Ego treked up to Mt Pleasant to play in Viper Paintball’s annual Twilight Zone scenario.  It was a blast!  Everyone played hard and had a great time!  We celebrated Raadio’s B-Day at Two Senoritas! And for all our hard work we brought home another award!

Great work all!  I couldn’t be prouder!

Alter Ego will be out at #1 Paintball on Grant Road next Saturday! We’re gonna get there super early (7:45am or so) and stay all day. We’ll be doing some team stuff early in the morning but we’ll be running with the main group most of the day so stop on in and come play some games!!

     Everyone has read that Liam’s ( Lapdance) son is currently at Texas Children’s Hospital and if you haven’t you now know. First I want to start by saying I spoke to Liam and he is so grateful for every card his son has gotten and it has made a huge difference. His son has received so many cards they have run out of room and he is still getting two big hand full’s a day. 

      Bunny and I have come up with the idea to put together a package for Liam’s son that we will take to him from everyone in hopes to brighten his day even more. There will be two different options and we are going to take it to him next week. His son should hopefully be out by Tuesday at the latest but he still needs plenty to keep his mind busy and spirits up when he gets home.

     Option 1: You can donate via a PayPal account that will go directly to buying items for him. If you choose to do this please make sure you make a note who you are so that we can get your name on the card. We are hoping to get enough to get him a Gift certificate to Barnes & Noble or Half Price Books so he can pick out what he really wants. 

 

 

     Option 2: We live in the Houston area and will meet up with anyone that wants to just go buy something themselves and add it to the package. Keep in mind his son is in his mid teens and likes Fantasy books and Dragons. He isn’t into comics but he has an X-box 360 if you want to get gift certificates for games or even a Visa gift card is great.

This past weekend Alter Ego made it’s Scenario debut at a Viper Paintball event in Kempner, TX.  The scenario,  Operation Dark Raven was set in the late 1970s when the bioweapon Anthrax made its big break.  Raadio was chosen as the events “Russian Commander” and Bunny was working as his Radio Bunny.  The rest of the team ran as a mission team.

The event was SUPER hot! Temps got up in the 110s in the shade!  But despite the heat, we managed to pull off a win, bringing Raadio’s command record to 3-0 and starts the team’s combat record out at 1-0!  Alter Ego brought home a Sportsmanship award, awarded by the Delta commander as well as a Victorious Commander Pennant!  Not bad for our first game!

We received many MANY complements from both sides and were thanked even more for our hard work with the water and cooling stations we set up on field.  All in all we did an outstanding job!!!
